Spiced Amaretto Cider

This is a beautiful, cold weather treat that I’ve been making for years.

I take fresh pressed apple cider and mull it for several hours on low to make sure that I get maximum flavor extraction without breaking the cider and making it gritty and off putting to look at.

I use this as a flavorful base or add in for several of my Fall cocktails. It is also delicious on its own
