Broadway ‘21 - ‘22
Due to popular demand, I have decided to post my recipes for the broadway drinks that I create for the Walton Arts Center. That said, this was the first season that I produced drinks for Broadway and didn’t take over until the last 3 shows of the season. Future Broadway “menus” will be much more extensive. Cheers!
A Chorus Line
I piggy backed my creation of this drink with a task I had of reducing how many rums we currently had on hand. As such, I also called this drink “Why the Rum is Gone”
This is another drink I piggy backed. I actually was just listening to music and creating drinks for the spring. This was a bright and vibrant celebration of fruit and citrus. The color was actually the inspiration for this and I named it “Under Pink Skies”
Hamilton ‘22
This is a variation on a whiskey sour using adjusted ratios on the standard ingredients to account for the addition of a dry cider.
The 1776 is a nod to Alexander Hamilton’s time in the Carribean. This essentially a spiced rum nod to an old fashioned.
Fiddler on the Roof
I light and refreshing vodka based drink tasting of honey, orange, grapefruit, and Elderflower
A rich and luxurious take on a classic manhattan with notes of chocolate, cherries, and vanilla
